Tobradex eye drops are a combination of an antibiotic (tobramycin) and a corticosteroid (dexamethasone), used to treat eye inflammation, swelling, and redness caused by bacterial infections, injury, surgery, or environmental damage. They are indicated for steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular conditions where a bacterial infection exists or there is a high risk of one.
