Tarceva

Tarceva (erlotinib) is a targeted cancer medicine used to treat advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific EGFR gene mutations, either as a first-line treatment or after chemotherapy. It is also used in combination with gemcitabine for metastatic pancreatic cancer. Tarceva works by blocking epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR).
