Oxsoralen (methoxsalen) is a medication used in combination with ultraviolet A (UVA) light therapy (PUVA therapy) to treat severe skin conditions by slowing down abnormal cell growth. It is primarily used for vitiligo (restoring skin color), severe psoriasis, and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
