Micardis HCT is a combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults. It combines telmisartan (an ARB) and hydrochlorothiazide (a diuretic) to effectively lower blood pressure, thereby reducing the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, such as strokes and heart attacks.
